Seattle Magic Academy is the EXCLUSIVE Discover Magic licensee for the Seattle area. Discover Magic is an internationally recognized magic and life skills program.

Get ready to take an amazing adventure into the exciting world of magic! Learn how to cut a lady in half, give your friends super hero powers and make invisible objects appear in a magic pouch, plus many more!
Join the Seattle Magic Academy with their very popular magic class! This term is the “Green Wand” course (the 4 different wand color courses offered can be taken in any order). Children gain communication skills and self-confidence in these magic classes. They will receive all the magic tricks taught in the course, “secret” file folders, access to an online video vault to revisit everything being taught, and more!
The real magic happens AFTER class when the kids go home and perform their tricks!
FAQ
Q: What are the class ages?
A: The classes are for kids ages 7-12.
Q: Is the magic the same for each wand color?
A: For the wand courses, each wand color course features a completely different set of tricks, Our courses and camps are named after the color of the wand campers receive at the end of the course or camp (kind of like karate belts, but you can take them in any order).
Q: What is the maximum number of students?
A: The maximum will be 20 students.
Q: What are the instructor backgrounds?
A: All of our instructors are screened and have background checks completed. They are certified in First Aid and CPR. Our magic academy is led by the multi-award-winning Xakary the Magician, who has taught thousands of children magic!
Q: Will there be surprises?
A: YES! We love surprises!! Lots of surprises, because surprises are fun, and our rule number one is “HAVE FUN”!
Q: What does the price of the classes include?
A: The cost of the course covers all the magic supplies plus surprises! This will be an unforgettable and fun class for your child!
Q: Are scholarships available?
A: We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you need a scholarship, please contact us via the form below and let us know. Your request is completely confidential.
Q: What happens if I decide to cancel?
A: If you decide to cancel, you must do so at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the week your child was registered. There is a $50 cancellation fee PER CHILD.
If 2 weeks notice is not given, there will be no refund.
Cancellations must be received via email at magic@xakary.com.
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: Prior to the first class, you will be emailed a welcome packet with everything you need to know about the classes. If you have more questions, just use the form at the bottom of the page and Xakary or one of his magical elves will get right back to you.
Q: What are you doing about COVID?
Social Distancing
We will be socially distant as much as possible. For example, all students will have assigned socially-distant seating when in one big group.
Wearing masks
All students and staff will be required to wear masks throughout the class (even if vaccinated). If a child forgets their mask or loses it, a replacement will be provided.
